Welcome to Good Nature Supply! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Good Nature Supply. Good Nature Supply operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Good Nature Supply is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, variations may occur (for example in colour or packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.
We may change or withdraw products without notice. Availability is subject to stock.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a confirmation email accepting your order. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payment.
You may cancel your order in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. Details are in our Refund & Returns Policy
Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other costs will be shown separately before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change prices and promotions, but this will not affect any order already confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate payment details. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to the UK and selected international locations. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you on delivery. If items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us – you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under your statutory rights.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services (including text, images, graphics, trademarks and designs) is owned by Good Nature Supply or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Good Nature Supply is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and contracts are between you and Good Nature Supply. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.

As Shopify hosts our site, some of your data may be processed outside the UK. Shopify’s privacy practices apply alongside ours.
SECTION 10 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

SECTION 11 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

indirect or consequential loss.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate by stopping use of the Services. Termination does not affect your statutory rights or any rights accrued up to that date.
