1. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.
If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Delivery Options & Estimated Times (UK)
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery option, order size, and destination.
If we offer free delivery promotions, these will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
You can use the tracking link to check the progress of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@goodnaturesupply.com
with your order number.
If items are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund under your statutory rights.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. Statutory Rights
This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
